I love how versatile this humble grain Rice could be in more than a few types of cuisines world over. Made this recipe with a few changes and it was soooo good. Added onions/mushrooms to chicken with 2 tbsp. dark soya sauce. Added a 1/3 cup of coconut milk to mixture. Lemon wedges were the key ingredient to making the cilantro flavourful. This is a keeper and will serve to friends. Try it you will love it. Right on with the brown rice measurements worked wonderfully only I added a 1/2 of tumeric to boiling rice. This was so good I overate.

Brown rice are bit heavy make you fat. So you have to eat white rice. And in America mostly people use white rice. you can even read at what is USA
