Spinach is always such a wallflower at the juice flavor party. The riper the pear, the better the flavor. Reprinted with permission from Superfood Juices: 100 Delicious, Energizing & Nutrient-Dense Recipes* © 2014 by Julie Morris, Sterling Publishing Co., Inc. Ever since my husband and I finished our juice cleanse, we've been making a juice every morning. I'll have to try this one tomorrow with the pears that are quickly fading!
