Makes: 1 to 2 servings
- 2 cups chopped watermelon (peeled and seeded)
- 1 large cucumber
- 1 handful mint leaves
- 1 to 2 limes
Juice the ingredients, then pour into 1 to 2 glasses. Serve at once.
