Tahini-Yogurt Sauce
Ingredients
- ½ cup plain plant-based yogurt almond or coconut
- ¼ cup tahini
- 1 tsp grainy mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice to taste
- 1 tbsp fresh chives or scallions, minced
- 1 tsp horseradish optional
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and whisk together until smooth.
- Transfer any unused portion to a tightly lidded container where it will keep in the refrigerator for up to a week.
