Good evening. I hope you are all doing fine. I just have one question: is it more beneficial to make an ALL green smoothie with basil, bok choy, celery, basil, romaine, arugula, spinach & mint or should I add fruit to it? I was actually wanting to add blueberries, raspberries & strawberries. What do you think?
